After 13+ years collaborating with agencies, Carolina founded &Bunt to enable a more flexible and collaborative way of working. As an independent studio, &Bunt partners with brands, agencies, and in-house teams, adapting its role to where it creates the most value, from leading initiatives to integrating seamlessly into existing structures. This model ensures clarity, continuity, and senior involvement throughout the entire process.
